**THE ROLE**

The YMCA South Australia is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and professional people to form part of the vibrant team at St Clair Recreation Centre.

St Clair Recreation Centre comprises a six-court stadium, which is the largest in South Australia and includes a 24/7 gymnasium, café, function and meeting rooms, and a roller-skating rink.

The following positions are available:

- Birthday Party Host
- Programs Assistant (Skate Staff)

The YMCA’s Birthday Party Hosts and Programs Assistants make up the face of our organisation and are responsible for ensuring all members and guests receive the highest possible level of care and service.

Each position will see you focused on providing a high level of customer care, utilising your strong communication skills, fostering a positive environment, and importantly maintaining a _safe_ environment for our patrons and your colleagues.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR or equivalent
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) Certificate
- Role-specific qualifications (see position descriptions)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well within a team
