**Health and Safety Administrator** Georgiou Group has partnered with ACCIONA Construction Australia to deliver the first stage of the Gold Coast’s largest road infrastructure project. The project will involve construction of six new bridge structures in an environment with unique geotechnical conditions and challenging interfacing on a gazetted green-field site. You will experience an environment where your contribution will be highly valued and where you can really make a difference. **What **you’re** good at**: The Health and Safety Administrator provides extensive administrative support and assistance to the Health and Safety (H&S) team across all health and safety activities, whilst ensuring excellence in customer service and health and safety reporting, you should have demonstrated examples to showcase: - Knowledge of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 14001, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Act & Regulations - High attention to detail, accurate data and record keeping ability - Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between subcontractors and suppliers - Prior experience arranging Safety aspects of induction for all new employees & contractors **What **you’ll** do (but not limited to)**: - Assist in the preparation of toolbox and H&S pre - start content in collaboration with the Project team - Support the project in regard to H & S practices, regulations and activities - Contribute to the necessary document management requirements of the team, to ensure integrity of organisational data and compliance with relevant legislative requirements - Process administrative tasks and information whilst ensuring privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times, to ensure credibility and transparency within the project/organisation - Ensure that all business activities and employees within the positions are of control comply withal legislative/statutory obligations, company policies, codes, standards, procedures and specific company instructions or guidelines published related, but not limited to: - Create and enter basic reports into the HSEQ System (i.e., incident reports, hazards, NCRs and OFIs) - Undertakes ad hoc tasks and duties as directed. **Our best offer**: - Australian owned and CCF multiple award-winning national business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and opportunities for career development - Supportive leadership teams who care for and mentor you to achieve your full potential - Values-led organisation guided by care, integrity, and excellence in everything we do - Growing business with exciting career development opportunities If you share Georgiou’s values of care, integrity, and excellence, are committed to collaboration and innovation, and are looking for your next exciting challenge, we want to hear from you If you don't feel you have "ticked all the boxes" listed or the timing isn't right, we still encourage you to apply.
