We have an opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Brand and Channels team based at our Sydney head office. In this newly created role, you will support our Development business and in particular our Built to Sell (BtS) products contributing to the delivery of enquiry and sales, and to the building of brand reputation and performance through the implementation of national strategic marketing initiatives.
Working with a range of stakeholders you will demonstrate strong relationship management skills to drive national requirements for our Built to Sell assets.
**The Responsibilities**
- Support the end-to-end management and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for national campaigns with a view to local level customisation for the Development Business, specifically relating to the BtS products within Masterplanned Communities, Medium Density and emerging asset classes.
- Support the positioning of the Stockland brand through customer communications initiatives, contributing to the improvement of key brand attributes, brand health, consideration and win rate, to enhance brand value and understanding.
- Support brand consideration, customer enquiry and sales with impactful through-the-line campaigns and our always-on baseline program, using brand as a key lever in driving active customer consideration.
- Collaborate to bring to life the customer journey through the acquisition funnel, ensure a seamless off and online ecosystem for customers.
- Support the development of best practice content, working with the web team to ensure the ongoing optimisation of website content for the BtS portfolio, taking an SEO-first approach.
- Deliver projects on budget as allocated through the annual budgeting process.
- Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, from brief to implementation, leading the implementation phase of communications activity.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in Campaign Management from either an in-house or agency career.
- Strong campaign development and implementation skills across the full media mix and through PESO media.
- Brand and acquisition campaign experience with a strong focus on digital channels, including website content development.
- Experience driving results through influencing and relationship skills.
- Experience managing and motivating agency partners.
- Experience managing budgets of up to $500K and delivering projects on time and to or under budget.
- Experience working in a matrix structure - working cross-functionally to foster positive relationships with relevant departments, ensuring a collaborative approach with other business units.
- Strong creative judgement and with a proven track record for developing high quality, on brand work from strategy to implementation.
