**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth within our business, we have created a unique opportunity for a **Customer Inventory Partner** to join our team working out of our **Regency Park SA** office. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the execution of our joint Blackwoods/Customer Supply Chain strategy, primarily focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.

Integral to the success of the role will be a capacity to generate detailed, accurate and insightful reporting, the ability to analyse and improve complex supply chain systems, whilst continuously challenging all aspects of the Blackwoods - Customer supply chain model. The Customer Inventory Partner will work in collaboration with key customer stakeholders related to our joint Supply Chain Strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the delivery of strategic forecasting and inventory projects as requested by the Supply Chain Manager in collaboration internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively liaise with the State Inventory teams to ensure appropriate system input parameters such as safety stock overrides, optimal replenishment quantity overrides, and minimum store presence
- Leverage systems and process knowledge from the National Demand and Planning teams with a view to adopt a standard approach
- Work with and support the strategic sales team and Customer Supply Chain teams to promote, educate and facilitate demand profiling
- Responsible for Supply Chain analytics, including developing analytical and reporting capabilities to improve Supply Chain performance and overall business outcomes
- Proactively engage resources and inspire cross-functional collaboration as appropriate to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

To be successful, you will have:

- Knowledge of demand management / forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing, and Supply Chain issues
- Detailed knowledge of inventory systems and replenishment methodologies
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role, with strong analytical and mathematical abilities preferred
- Highly developed communication and listening skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver excellent service
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, demonstrating efficient time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Dedicated towards continuous improvement, with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain or quantitative discipline and/or relevant experience in an analytical or planning capacity
- Current Driver’s licence highly regarded
