Are you ready to make a real difference across South Australia? As a **Procurement Coordinator** with Ventia’s AGFMA contract, you’ll play a vital role in delivering smart, efficient, and high-impact procurement solutions that support essential services across more than 5,000 government sites.

- Based in our Adelaide CBD office, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage procurement activities in line with our Procurement Framework, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ethical practice.

**About the Role**
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities including planning, supplier engagement, RFx management, and contract execution.
- Prepare RFx documentation, chair evaluation panels, and produce purchase recommendations.
- Provide supplier training and guidance, manage award communications, and deliver feedback to unsuccessful bidders.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to produce purchasing documentation (e.g. Master Services Agreements, Purchase Orders)
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, procurement frameworks, and relevant regulations, while promoting a safety-first culture.
- Maintain procurement-related information systems and ensure accurate reporting.
- Contribute to team-based initiatives, support continuous improvement, and uphold ethical standards in all procurement activities.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in procurement or sourcing within relevant industries such as facility management, construction, government, or utilities.
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, process compliance, and financial principles to evaluate proposals.
- Skilled in SAP Ariba or similar e-procurement tools, with proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with high attention to detail and strong report-writing capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and building strong supplier relationships.
- Collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and contributes to shared success.
