We’re looking for a Grants and Compliance Officer to support ChildFund’s program portfolio. Your work will be vital in shaping our vision of global, community-led action.

How?
- You'll coordinate the DFAT Accreditation process, including compiling materials, assisting with policies and procedures and managing the workplan;
- You'll coordinate and administer the contract and partnership agreement review process with donors and other funders;
- You'll maintain oversight of all donor compliance and reporting requirements, with lead responsibility for programs managed directly from Sydney;
- You'll manage ACFID Code of Conduct annual reporting and compliance requirements;
- You'll support the Grants Advisor in grant acquisition, including ANCP submissions and reporting;
- You'll provide capacity building and support to Country Offices to ensure grants are managed in compliance with donor requirements;
- And through it all, you’ll commit to constantly learning and supporting our team to learn with you.

What skills and experience will you bring?

You’ll have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
- Track record in grant project management - from solicitation to contracting, compliance, financial management, risk management, progress monitoring, etc.;
- Extensive MS Excel and database experience;
- Cross cultural experience in an NGO/development context.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience with ANCP contractual requirements, ACFID Code of Conduct, DFAT’s ANCP accreditation process, and child rights programming.

This role is a permanent, part time role (60%), based in our office in Surry Hills, Sydney.
