Responsible for provision of customer billing and service consumption reports. Contribute to the development of performance reports for stakeholders and customers. It includes resolution of issues and development of recommendations to assist with continuous improvement of billing and reporting.

**About the role**:
As the Analyst you will work in a tight-nit team to support the business with its billing and reporting. You will thrive in excel an enjoy ensuring data quality. The role will see you:

- Gathering and investigating information from a variety of sources
- Building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within the billing team
- Assist customer with understanding data for billing purposes
- Analysing data to ensure accuracy

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:

- Provide professional and customer focused support for provisioning of billing and reporting information.
- Assist with planning, preparation, and implementation of reporting activities.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to rectify any issues in relation to billing or reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including cross-skilling and formal training, and contribute to the development of technical and process documents
