The Mill bakery is a family owned wholesale bakery that supply's local cafes and restaurants in the area. making a wide range of rolls, sours doughs, traditional breads and cakes.

This job will be for someone who is interested in baking as you will get hands on experience and training in all aspects of dough production

some of the duty's required:
following recipes, weighing up ingredients, mixing doughs, scaling doughs, hand moulding, uses of bakery equipment, use of stone and rack ovens, heavy lifting up to 25kg, packing and cleaning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,089.73 - $71,388.97 per year
