The Gamesmen are an Australian owned and operated family run business who have been trading since 1982. We have both a retail store in Penshurst NSW and an online fulfilment warehouse located in Riverwood. We sell video games, board games, toys and puzzles to our customers. We work as a team, value our employees and are passionate about what we do.
**The Position**
Your primary responsibility will be assisting the buying team with code creation, purchase orders, following up orders with suppliers, receiving and assisting with end to end replenishment and the ordering processes. You will have a high attention to detail and be able to prioritise your daily tasks. You will also provide office support to our buyers, managers and employees and coordinate daily administrative activities.
**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Keying of purchase orders into the Inventory Management system (IMS) and sending to suppliers or warehouse staff
- Assisting with product management i.e. code creation and database maintenance
- Answering phone enquiries and assisting with customer service enquiries
- Booking in freight and courier companies
- Organising deliveries for Bulk/Large items
- Assisting with maintaining IMS and products including updating information and release schedules
- Liaison with suppliers regarding purchase orders or ETA’s and tracking orders.
- Using IMS/Magento/Shipping Program to notify customers of ETA dates
- Assisting with assortment products and receiving stock
- Help with execution of projects
- General day to day admin jobs
- Contact suppliers and issue credit requests for damaged Items, missing or incorrect shipped items
- Help Web Content team update attributes in Magento
**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently
- Have an interest in video, board games and toys
- Have energy, drive and a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills for B2B and B2C.
**Qualifications **
- Intermediate Excel and Computer Skills
- Experience with an Inventory Management System
- Experience in customer service and/or administration role
