**About the role**

This is an incredible opportunity to lead a high performing team to success. Reporting into the Allied Health Manager, the Team Lead, South requires dedication to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred, and evidence-based allied health services that are safe, individual, connected, and effective. You will mentor, support and enable a dynamic multidisciplinary team in Aged Care Services across **Perth South**. You'll be at the forefront of innovation and quality, driving continuous professional development and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

With broad reach providing support across residential aged care, and home care services including goal oriented short term restorative care (STRC), this role will monitor and supervise the allied health team to ensure delivery of effective and safe services and support for daily living, with the vision of optimised independence, health, wellbeing and quality of life, whilst maintaining a small clinical caseload of consumers.

**About you**

You are a passionate and experienced leader, committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. With a background in allied health and tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy you bring both clinical expertise and a strong understanding of the aged care sector. You thrive in a dynamic environment, leading by example to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best. You will have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, supported by strong time management and organisation skills to plan and prioritise your workload effectively. Above all, you are dedicated to creating a positive, supportive work culture where individuals and teams can grow and succeed.

You will also have the following:

- A relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy with current registration (e.g., AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical management or leadership (desirable)
- Ability to stay current with best practices and implement changes based on new regulations, legislation, and sector innovations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
