About the role
To assist and support the multidisciplinary team members within Community Based Rehabilitation Team (CBRT). Working as part of the team and performing duties either under direction and/or supervision of the treating clinician.
The CBRT is a multidisciplinary team providing centre based rehabilitation services from the Ipswich Health Plaza.
About you
- Strong and open communicator, who is willing to take directions, however demonstrates initiative coupled with a strong desire to learn
- Remains accessible to patients and uses well-developed communication skills to understand patient's needs while ensuring service level expectations are met to ensure best patient outcomes.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity and respect for all patients, carers and staff

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
