Paying $44-$55ph
- 12 extra annual leave days
- Work with preschool children

My client are looking for either a Diploma or ECT to lead the preschool room at a privately-owned Kindergarten located in North Sydney (just over the bridge).

The is a full-time position where you can choose to work full time over 4 or 5 days.

They are giving an extra day per month fully paid annual leave.

**About this role**:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor in Early Childhood & Education (ECT) or Diploma Qualified
- Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

- An additional educator in each room which is above the ratio requirement under the Regulations - excellent working condition
- Paid overtime for staff meetings and extra hours you work

- 2 hours off the floor programming time weekly
- 1 day off the floor programming monthly
- **1 paid day off monthly as a bonus (11 days per year, in addition to your 4 weeks paid leave. 31 days total)**
