**The Centre**
This beautiful and well respected community based centre in the Eastern suburbs. The Pre school resembles more of a home-style environment than that of a school. The curriculum is child-led, therefore nurturing the interests of the children and encouraging their interest in learning.

**The Program**
The program focuses on growing self-confidence, self-esteem, problem-solving skills and independence. The outdoor play area, with flexible equipment, is great for developing physical skills and coordination. The educational program integrates music, movement, art, STEM, excursions and special visitors such as Indigenous Australians, the reptile show and hatching chickens.

During their time at the pre school, children can also benefit from our Educational School Readiness Curriculum including phonics, literacy, maths and our Music and Movement Curriculum.

**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity for an Educational Leader in a natural state-of-the-art service. With industry leading conditions, very low staff turnover and high levels of employee engagement this is a fantastic place to work. You will lead the educational program with licence to bring your own creative learning ideas and create an exceptional educational program for the whole service.

**Who you'll be**
The successful Educational Leader will be rewarded with an excellent working environment and continual support from the pre school owner and director. The successful applicant will need to be bachelor of Diploma qualified. The preschool is open to an experienced Educational Leader or someone looking to step up with at least 1 years experience as a room leader.

The ideal educator for this position will hold;
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Working with children check
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis
