Reporting to the Head of Client Services & Partnerships, the **Head of Commercial Relationships - LiSTNR**, is responsible for the development and maintenance of all key relationships, including but not limited to, original content creators and publisher partners.
In this position, you will ensure all partners, are informed of every aspect of their Podcast, including revenue projection, promotion via marketing, key insights and category trends along with learnings and suggestions for their consideration.
You will encourage collaboration between audio sales and creators to deliver commercially attractive integrated campaigns for client responses and be the key contact for various senior internal stakeholders such as the Executive Head LiSTNR Podcasts, Head of Digital Sales, National Head of The Studio and the Studio and sales more broadly.
**The skills and experience you will need;**
- Significant tenure within the media sales industry, ideally with a strong digital audio background
- Proven success in media sales, and experience in navigating the B2B side of Australian Media Market
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, capable of building and implementing strategy to achieve positive revenue outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
- Innovative mindset, driven to challenge the norm and to take calculated risks to drive revenue success for the business
- Well established and positive relationships and networks across the Media industry
- Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills
