**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our Corporate team, working predominantly on one of our biggest clients which operates in the resource and energy sector. You would play a central role on the BCW client team, working in close collaboration with the account lead to manage and deliver high quality work across internal communications, community engagement and public relations largely focused on socially driven corporate initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with the client team, bringing an impressive ability to connect, collaborate and adapt your working style to build valuable working relationships with a broad set of culturally diverse stakeholders.
Based in our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office, the AM will be a critical part of a dynamic national team of highly experienced corporate communications and public affairs consultants.
**Here's the relevant experience you will have, that we will build on**:
- A minimum of four years' experience in the Public Relations / Public Affairs industry or in an in-house Corporate Communications role
- Experience working with a range of culturally diverse stakeholders, either within a client / organization setting, or as part of community engagement activity.
- An ability to manage a broad set of priorities and adapt to changing work conditions and demands without compromising quality delivery
- Exceptional client service capabilities and experience in establishing and growing client relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to manage multiple teams and work streams simultaneously
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills including development of various types of materials such as Q&A, key messages, holding statements, speeches, press release etc.
- Experience and understanding of working with large multi-national clients or companies
- Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment
- Stays updated on public affairs issues, social media channels, trends and analytical tools and make recommendations to strengthen our capabilities
