**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly motivated, curious Graduate Analyst to join our Operational Analytics team. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders in Operations and Finance, your role entails precise definition, implementation and execution of incentive schemes and workforce planning to propel sustainable business success.

Experience using SQL and a natural inclination for following the trail will set you apart from other applicants, as will your ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. This is a hybrid role situated at our HQ on the Sunshine Coast, offering flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

**Key priorities**:

- Participate in the full lifecycle of incentive scheme, from formation of requirements, development to ongoing maintenance.
- Provide relevant analysis to support ongoing improvement on call routing, contact centre effectiveness and customer service.
- Prepare relevant data analysis and observations; and present them to various levels of management to support business decisions and ongoing business improvements.
- Design, build and deploy relevant reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Supporting other members of the department in maintaining and enhancing reports or measures as required.
- Build and sustain relationships with business SMEs, stakeholders, and project team members (and others as needed) to provide efficient and effective delivery of incentive scheme and workforce planning solutions.

**About You**

You will:

- A recent degree in Mathematics, Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or Computer Science) with an outstanding academic record.
- A consistent drive for self-improvement, continuous learning, and personal growth.
- Have a keen interest in business intelligence and data analytics role.
- A dedicated team player with great communication skills and an unwavering "can-do" attitude.
- Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, & SAS is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
