Made is a successful Australian owned fast moving consumer goods business that manufactures a range of food products at its highly automated production facility using the latest technology process, filling and packaging equipment.
Made's facility is a clean and organised work environment and operates on a two shift basis.

We are currently recruiting casual Production Operator positions for both **Morning (5am)** and **Afternoon (1pm)** shifts.
Opportunities available to become full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficient operation of filling, labelling, packing and process machinery.
- Meeting Production line targets
- Ability to setup and adjust machinery and resolve basic mechanical issues
- Accurate document and QC recording
- Start up and close down line procedure
- Maintaining hygiene standards;
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices;
**Other duties for those with experience can include;**
- Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients;
- Mixing and blending ingredients;
- Manual handling of materials;
- Complying with company quality systems;
- Meeting production line targets;
- Accurate document recording;
- Cleaning and washing down process equipment.

**About You**:
Successful applicants will possess the following:

- Experience operating filling, labelling, packaging and process machinery
- Drive and ability to meet production line targets
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment
- Sound mechanical aptitude
- Your own transport, as shift times operate outside of public transportation hours.

Starting salary is between $26.73 + super for applicants with mínimal experience. Experienced applicants will have the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate.

Afternoon shift attracts an additional 15% penalty rate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $26.73 - $27.46 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear masks, high frequency of disinfecting, social distancing

**Experience**:

- Food production: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
