We are looking for truly exceptional Production Operators, who have experience in the dairy processing industry

**Our Opportunity**

The Bulk Pack Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely packing food products into bulk containers in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and food safety regulations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product integrity and traceability throughout the supply chain.

You will play an integral role in the cheese making activities with a direct focus on delivering the planned schedules to support highly efficient production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate bulk packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack finished food products into bulk containers according to specifications.
- Label bulk containers accurately with product details.
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure product meets required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities packed and materials used.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and site-specific food safety protocols.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as required.
- Report any equipment faults, product issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet production targets.
- Maintain and adhere to all HACCP requirements

**About You**
- Previous experience working in the dairy or food industry.
- Qualification in Food Processing is desirable but not essential.
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work shift work, overtime and weekends as required.
- Have the ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Access to own or reliable transport to site.
