We are looking for truly exceptional Cheese Makers, who have experience in the dairy processing industry

**Our Opportunity**

This role is accountable for converting unprocessed ingredients into a diverse range of cheese products with the utilisation of specialized machinery to mix, cook and process cheese.

You will play an integral role in the cheese making activities with a direct focus on delivering the planned schedules to support highly efficient production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the quality and consistency of the cheese products meets industry requirements
- Establish the appropriate volumes of various cheese production for supply
- Maintain inventory control on all stock items
- Maintain and adhere to all HACCP requirements
- Using various types of equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate different cleaning equipment for various types of raw materials
- Use equipment to shape mixtures into desired product shape
- Learn ongoing cheese making skills and attend appropriate training courses
- Join a friendly and supportive team

**About You**
- Previous experience working in the dairy or food industry.
- Qualification in Food Processing is desirable but not essential.
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work shift work, overtime and weekends as required.
- Have the ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Access to own or reliable transport to site.
