Don't worry, we have got you covered Our dental practice has a proven 6 week training program which we have successfully used to train other trainees like yourself from zero knowledge to become some of the best dental assistants within our company and in our industry.**

**With a great training program, a committed dental team, solid company systems and protocols, now we just need to find that perfect team member who will fit into our team culture like clean gloves on clean hands (no pun intended)**

Ballarat Family Dental was established in 2015 and is reputable for our friendly, caring dentistry where we work with many children, their families and anxious patients who are keen to be converted into dentist-loving patients. Our supportive dental team loves to learn together. We are passionate about providing quality dentistry and service to all of our patients and do so by constantly working on ourselves and providing two-way constructive feedback to help take our people and company to higher heights.
