**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Team Leader you will assist the QLD and WA State Manager to provide leadership and direction to the region and manage all aspects of operations, ensuring that business objectives are met, as well as:

- Manage and mentor rehabilitation consultants in the region to achieve improved personal, client and business outcomes
- Support the team of Rehabilitation Consultants with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
- Responsibility for Quality Assurance within the Brisbane team
- Assist the State Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure they are proactively managed
- Promote the growth, development and capability of the Brisbane team with the guidance of the State Manager
- Undertake business development activities to grow existing and new business.
- Achieve own billable case load targets, working with a variety of stakeholders - injured clients, employers, insurers, treating health practitioners - to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work for your clients.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be a driven and energetic professional with a passion for achieving quality rehabilitation outcomes. You will have a personable approach to build strong relationships with key customers and employees to manage stakeholder expectations.

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Qualifications & Registration in either Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current full registration/membership with AHPRA, RCAA or ASORC
- At least 5 years’ experience in an allied health role and minimum 3 years in occupational rehabilitation
- Demonstrated skills in supervising staff and/or experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- A positive disposition and enjoy being around people (and having fun)
- Willingness to travel (current vehicle and drivers licence compulsory)
- Ability to confidently liaise with workers, insurers, medical practitioners, case managers and employers.
- Excellent attention to detail, good organisation & time management skills
- A strong focus on solutions and a proven ability to identify and leverage opportunities
