**Facilities Coordinator - SME (Sydney Maritime Establishments)**:
**Preferred Location: HMAS Penguin, Sydney NSW**
**Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract**
**Australian Citizens Only - Due to NV1 Security Clearance Required (If you are not a citizen, we have many other roles which does not have this requirement)**

**Join BGIS as a Facilities Coordinator**:
Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for facilities management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your skills make a real difference? BGIS is looking for a **Facilities Coordinator**to join our team, supporting the **Sydney Maritime Establishments (SME)**, with **HMAS Penguin**as the preferred base location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Operations Management**:Oversee daily facility functions including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- **Building Systems Oversight**:Ensure smooth operation of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- **Vendor & Contractor Coordination**:Manage service providers to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.
- **Service Request Management**:Address and resolve facility-related issues efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain stock of supplies and facility equipment.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:Ensure facilities meet all required safety and environmental standards.
- **Cross-Site Support**:While SME (preferably HMAS Penguin) will be your primary work location, you may occasionally support tasks across other sites as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (preferred).
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- **NV1 Security Clearance Required**- only open to Australian Citizens.
