**About OOLIO/ ordermate**:
OOLIO/ordermate is an Australian-based technology supplier on a mission to empower the hospitality industry. We provide more than just great POS and Payment solutions for some of Australia’s iconic bars, restaurants, and cafes, we work with them to engage and attract more customers.

We are inviting tech savvy hospitality professionals, with 2 or more years' experience as a venue manager or in a front of house role to step into the world of POS and Pay If you're a passionate individual who will thrive in the vibrant world of hospitality and tech, then you're the one we're looking for

**About the role**:
The role of a Training Specialist is to enhance business growth by providing specialist product knowledge, training, assistance, and external facing collateral (print, video, marketing and media) to our customers. You will arm our hospitality customers, and their team members, with the knowledge of how best to use our products and services, so that they are set up for success in their business.

**What we are looking for**:

- A hospitality enthusiast, with an interest in the latest trends in hospo tech.
- Approachable, patient, flexible, efficient, disciplined and most importantly a problem solver.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good understanding of hospitality-based businesses & processes
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Customer focused, you have a genuine interest in teaching others.
- Industry experience at a venue that uses Ordermate would be a plus.
