**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting part time opportunity for a Print room Associate to be based in our customer site and provide efficient service delivery driving efficiency and cost effectiveness while ensuring excellent customer service. The main responsibility of this person includes printing, print finishing, booking couriers and some mailroom duties.

Please note - this role will work 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday and is a 100% onsite work, based in Melbourne CBD

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate print equipment including printers and finishing equipment on the client site
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, including sorting, distributing and processing
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Complete all customer work to the organisation’s quality standards
- Accountable for delivering Service Level for their sites in accordance with contracted agreements
- Advise customers of the most efficient quality and cost effective solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
- Providing best practice in day to day management in the delivery of service within the Print and Mail centre.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a print and mailroom setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate P/C skills & Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
