**CASUAL CLEANER L1 - Night cleaning of carparks**

**DUTIES**

A Cleaning Services Employee Level One (CSE 1) is an employee who at the completion of their training and induction is capable of performing work within the scope of this level. Such an employee to the level of their training:

- Works under routine supervision either individually or in a team;
- Exercises discretion within the level of their skills and training;
- Performs those tasks customarily performed by cleaners utilising a range of materials and equipment, to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain buildings in a clean and hygienic condition.

Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this level may perform, on a daily or periodic basis, are the following:

- Spot cleaning of carpets, tiles, and concrete;
- Operating hand held powered equipment such as blowers, vacuum cleaners, car park sweepers, and high pressure hoses;
- Sweeping and mopping;
- Toilet and bathroom cleaning
- Management of rubbish bins and bulky household waste;
- Cleaning of glass, both internal and external;
- Dusting of all hard surfaces;
- Rearranging and re-organising furniture;
- Routinely maintaining indoor greenery (shrubs and plants);
- Disinfecting touchpoints in high traffic areas.

In addition to the tasks listed above, an employee is required to
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Wear gloves, glasses, and other PPE where required
- Demonstrate safe manual handling techniques at all times
- Contribute to the cleanliness of workspaces including safe storage of chemicals
- Interact with residents, guests, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner

**LOCATION + HOURS**

This job requires you to work for five (5) hours from 10am - 3pm, on Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week, excluding public holidays.

**REMUNERATION**

You will be required to submit a timesheet each week on the Friday by midday and will receive payment the same night. Failure to submit your timesheet by midday may result in delayed payment.

- Onsite Building Manager (s)
- General Manager
- Business Development
- Managing Director
