About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a casual cleaners to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible with hours. While hours may vary in the first month, most shifts will be between 9:30am and 2:30pm - perfect for someone looking for work during school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform high-standard turnover cleans for Airbnb properties
- Follow detailed checklists and cleaning procedures
- Ensure properties are guest-ready with attention to presentation
- Communicate clearly with the team and report any issues or damages
- Work independently and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred (especially Airbnb or hospitality)
- Must have an eye for detail and take pride in your work
- Ability to follow systems and checklists
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Must have a current driver’s license and own transport
- ABN preferred (or willingness to get one)
- Flexibility with work hours - schedules will vary as we grow

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 36 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
