Residential & Bond Cleaners – Casual & Subcontractor Roles | Gold Coast

Calm Cosy Cleaning is a growing, locally trusted cleaning business servicing the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

We have two types of opportunities available:

1. Casual Cleaner (Employee)

Pay: $32–$35 per hour (includes 25% casual loading)

Type: Casual / Employee

Location: Gold Coast & surrounding areas

Description:

As a casual cleaner, you'll be part of our team providing residential and bond cleans. Experience is valued but not essential — we provide training for motivated candidates.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Cleaning experience preferred but not essential

This rate is fully compliant with the Cleaning Services Award [MA000022] 2025 and above the legal minimum casual rate in Queensland.

2. Subcontractor Cleaner (Self-Employed / Contractor)

Pay: $40–$45 per hour

Type: Subcontractor / Self-Employed

Location: Gold Coast & surrounding areas

Description:

We're seeking reliable subcontractor cleaners who can deliver high-quality residential and bond cleans. As a subcontractor, you'll work independently, using your own equipment and transport while following our cleaning standards to ensure every home sparkles.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential and bond cleaning

  • Own cleaning equipment and transport

  • Attention to detail and reliability
