Peppercorn Foods is a national manufacturer of fresh smallgoods and value-added meat products supplying the retail and wholesale markets. The privately owned business prides itself on quality and service.

A new position is now available for a Grinding Room Supervisor to lead a small team in Grinding and Batching at the soon to be open Lytton production facility.

**Principal Duties**
- Manage staff in (Team of 5) and prepare batches to suit Production Schedule.
- To load or unload vehicles containing, raw materials.
- Prepare Sausage Batches with Grinding and Blending to Receipt Cards
- Maintain company forklifts and equipment.
- Assist in daily/weekly/monthly stocktakes.
- Complete despatch and QA paperwork.

**About You**
- Experienced butcher
- Meat factory processing experience preferred
- Forklift licence preferred
- Focussed on quality, good attention to detail
- Abiility to lead and get the best out of a small team
- Strong safety orientation - you look after yourself and your team
- Ambition to grow your career with this very new company

**The Opportunity**

- 8-Hours of work between 6.00am-6.00pm
- Other conditions as per normal award. (4 weeks AL, Super, sick leave etc)
- Salary of $70-$75K + Super, sick leave and Holidays
