Building Supervisor (Tarneit, Truganina, Western corridor of Melbourne)

Our client is a rapidly growing company within the Melbourne residential market who have applied a practiced business model they have developed over the years, and has successfully built up their client base giving them a large construction boom in the West & Norther suburbs of Melbourne. With projections of 200+ builds in the next 12 months, they work predominantly in the investor build space, going further than much of their competition to produce superior homes at competitive pricing for their clients.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Building Supervisor to step further into your career as promotion within the company is a possibility. Or alternatively a great opportunity for an ambitious Supervisor at early stages of career looking to learn alongside an expert team.

**Your new role**
- Join professional team of builders to develop quality homes
- Report to management and stakeholders on progress and milestones
- Lead a team of trade professionals across 12-15 Sites
- Manage high-volume builds - both single and double level

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Several years experience as Building Supervisor or similar position in major builder environment preferable
- High team focus and communication skills
- Current Driving Licence as travel between sites will be required
