- **CMMS Mastery**: Manage and enhance our Maintenance program leveraging our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- **Maintenance Planning**: Strategically plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize plant reliability and longevity.
- **Innovation at the Forefront**: Scout, research, and integrate cutting-edge preventive & predictive Maintenance techniques.
- **Team Development**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to our enthusiastic Maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.

**Key Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Trade Proficiency**: A robust background in either Electrical or Mechanical trades.

- **Organizational Prowess**: Outstanding planning and organizational skills coupled with keen financial forecasting abilities.
