CRUX Management Services (CRUX) provide people, compliance, and corporate services to a select number of companies. Our partner companies are specialists in a range of industries, which include:

- community services - childcare, child protection, disability support
- property and fleet services
- NDIS support coordination and plan management services

Our partner Access Support Coordination (ASC) are specialists in providing their clients with the right access to supports to accelerate their independence and achieve their goals. ASC currently have an opportunity in Gympie.

**What you will be doing**:

- Build the capacity of the participants to achieve greater independence to self-direct services and support in the long term
- Provide coaching to increase recovery skills and personal capacity, including motivation, strengths, resilience and decision-making.
- Work with the NDIS planner/LAC to support participants to choose a recovery
- Ensure mainstream services meet their obligations and organisational responsibility
- Provide the participants and the NDIA with reports on outcomes and success indicators, within the agreed reporting frequency
- Oversee the implementation of service agreements for participants including funding capacity
- Assist participants to understand service options and to make decisions in relation to preferred options
- Link participants to service providers, and support participants to obtain quotes and establish service agreements with selected providers
- Ensure evidence is collated to improve client outcomes
- Develop relationships with key community stakeholders & service providers
- Liaise with other statutory bodies and government departments

**What you will bring**:

- A combination of relevant experience, education and training in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
- Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of local disability community and providers
- Basic accounting and budgeting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in mental health/NDIS
- Willingness to travel across the local area to provide supports
- Suitability for Blue Card for Working with Children and Young People and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Drivers Licence
