**Officer Administration Governance - Fixed Term up to 12 months.**
**Remuneration**:_A_**nnual salary commencing** at $79,699**,**plus up to 13% superannuation**

**What we are looking for**:
Gympie Regional Council has a fulltime fixed term, up to 12 months opportunity for an experienced administration professional. Provide a high level of general administrative support to the Manager Governance, Integrity and Risk, Office of the Chief Executive Officer and Mayor’s Office. Provide administrative support in the disaster management function, which will be approx. 40% of the position or as required.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative and support to the Manager Governance and Office of the CEO Directorate, as directed.
- Provide high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and correspondence support as required.
- Assist with disaster management activities or other duties within the Officer of the CEO, as directed.
**Essential Knowledge & Skills**:
- Qualifications or active enrolment in a business-related field, or a minimum 3 years’ experience in an office environment.
- High level written communication and attention to detail skills, as well as excellent verbal communication and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities mange workloads and identify when to reschedule and reorganise tasks to reflect changes in priority.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties responsibly under limited supervision and take initiative to ensure the achievement of team goals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Queensland ‘C’ Class driver’s licence that is current and maintained.
