We offer a wide range of services to our customers and specialises in chemical, fertiliser, seed, agronomy services, rural merchandise, livestock, property, and water equipment, to ensure customers have what they need, when they need it.

With a history of over 130 years of service, the McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services team is at the forefront of agriculture, with an outstanding level of experience across a wide range of cropping environments, to assist our customers pioneer production into new areas across the region and maximise the potential of their cropping and livestock operations.

**Description**:
McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service role. This an opportunity to join our newly acquired Branch in Toowoomba in a part-time capacity, ideally working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays with the potential to progress into a full-time position. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the smooth operation of the merchandise department. Your main tasks will include:

- Assisting customers with enquiries, orders, and product information
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming retail environment
- Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Contributing to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and conducting stock takes

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Familiarity with agricultural products or industry knowledge would be advantageous
- Hold or be willing to obtain a forklift license
