Training & Compliance Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a **Training & Compliance Manager **to join our team. You will work closely with Facilities Management team to ensure the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will work with the Facilities Manager and the Client to deliver the contract’s training, auditing and compliance requirements in accordance with Downer’s policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client.

**What you’ll bring
- Experience in compliance auditing and reporting.
- Some experience in the pharma industry (preferred), FMCG or a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in effectively working with a large onsite team.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles and Validation Engineering. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Principles.
