Best Practice Nursing Agency (BPNA) is currently seeking experienced and skilled AIN's to fill numerous vacant shifts in Residential Aged Care facilities throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. We are looking for care workers with an excellent work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional client service in residential aged care.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
- Minimum 3-6 months paid Australian experience in aged care
- Can do' attitude and willingness to travel
- Clear National Police Check Certificate (within 3 years)
- Up-to-date Police Check and working rights in Australia
- Records of Vaccination / Immunisation history
- Up-to-date certificates in manual handling, hand hygiene, First Aid/CPR

**Key duties**:

- Provide quality care and support to residents with their activities of daily living
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ensure residents dignity, privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all time
- Ensure safe use of equipment to assist residents with limited mobility.
- Deliver high quality care to each resident in line with their individual care plan
- Adhere to WHS guidelines, policies and procedures
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
