**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Assistant in Nursing (AIN)** to provide exceptional care and support to clients in the Sydney area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while enjoying career stability and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Personal Care**: Assist with hygiene, grooming, bowel care, and hoist use.
- **Social Support**: Facilitate social activities, provide companionship, and enhance clients’ quality of life.
- **Disability Support**: Help clients with daily living tasks to promote independence.
- **Transport**: Safely transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent or Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain.
- Authorization to work in Australia.
- Smart Mobile Phone.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicle
- Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organisational ability
