**About the role**

As part of reeetech, you’ll join a 200+ strong team that handles everything from Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering to Data and AI. You’ll be crafting next generation digital tools that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

UX Designer’s at Reecetech are embedded in cross functional teams working directly with product managers, tech leads, business analysts and dedicated developers. **What’s it like working in UX Design at Reece?**
- You’ll be recognised as a collaborative and approachable team player with a growing knowledge of design best practice, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), the Reece Pattern Library and our users.
- You will promote a user centred culture within your project team
- We use collaborative practices such as workshops, design sessions, usability testing, sketching, and presenting with your team members to show the value of UX design by doing.
- You’ll embrace and experiment with a range of UX tools and techniques that support efficient and rapid design of products, and for solving problems.
- Will have complete UX design work (exploratory research, usability testing, user flows, wireframing and prototyping) and collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners and users to design quality experiences
- You will spend significant time in store learning about our customers and business, including a four-week immersive stint working as a branch staff member at your local Reece plumbing branch

**About you**

You're a dynamic and adaptable UX Designer with demonstrated UX/UI experience collaborating within a cross-functional team, to deep dive into a problem space and deliver best practice designs and experiences.

You have expertise with experience designing consumer facing solutions with particular preference for ecommerce and delivery-based solutions across both mobile apps and web.
- You’ll have previous experience working as a UX Designer ideally within a large corporate environment or software company
- You have a solid understanding of the design process and are able to demonstrate familiarity with designing for native apps
- You are curious, and have an eagerness to learn new skills
- Experience with Figma
- Enjoy learning new tools and keeping up to date on the latest industry trends tools.
