**About the Venue**

Grana is a busy, approachable, inviting Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the heritage-listed woolstore Hinchcliff House. We mill our own flour on premise, that goes into making our bread, pasta, and pastries every day.

All of our on-site production is in full view of our guests: to educate and entertain, so they can witness the origin of their experience. There is a high level of quality, care and authenticity in all that we do.

Our menu is approachable and driven by fresh and high quality produce, with our drinks being simple, well made and tasty.

We combine this with humble and warm service, opening our doors from lunch to late evenings, 7 days a week.

**About the Role**

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day rhythm of the venue, helping to lead a high-performing team and deliver consistently excellent service. You’ll support operations by keeping things running smoothly, whether that’s through maintaining systems and procedures, ensuring the venue is clean and compliant, or keeping team communication clear and energised.

From motivating the team with incentives to running service briefings and managing end-of-day reports, your impact will be felt across every service. If you’re organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating a great guest and team experience, this role offers the chance to step up and make your mark.
