Located in the heart of Circular Quay, **Grana** is all about **quality, craft, and hospitality**. The **undercurrent of our cuisine is Italian**, with **house-made bread and pasta prepared fresh daily**. Our menu features **bisteccas, whole fish, seafood, and an array of share-style dishes**, bringing people together over incredible food and drink.

Since opening in 2021, **Grana has been House Made Hospitality’s busiest venue**, driven by a **passionate, friendly, and guest-focused team**. **About the Role**
- As **Assistant Bar Manager**, you'll play a key role in the success of our bar, balancing efficiency with guest engagement. Your responsibilities will include.
- **Engaging guests** at our **12-seat bar**, delivering warm and knowledgeable service.
- Dispensing drinks efficiently for our **80-seat restaurant**, ensuring seamless service
- Crafting **classic cocktails** with confidence, precision, and consistency
- Preparing **high-quality coffee** to complement our menu offerings
- Keeping the **bar organised, well-stocked, and immaculately clean**:

- Assisting with **stock control, team training, and bar operations**

**What We're Looking For**
- A skilled bartender with **strong knowledge of classic cocktails**:

- Experience in a **high-volume restaurant or bar environment**:

- Ability to **multi-task** while maintaining quality and speed
- A passion for **hospitality and genuine guest engagement**:

- Strong **organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills**
