Principal Content Strategist

**About the role:
As the Principal Content Strategist, you will:
- Collaborate with a team of content and technical professionals to deliver exceptional user experiences across Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET) digital products, aligning with the organisation's strategic priorities.
- Develop, implement, and review content architecture based on user-centred design principles for a range of DTET digital products.
- Establish and manage strong relationships while providing strategic content advice to executive leaders, stakeholders and partners across DTET and other Queensland Government agencies.
- Coordinate stakeholder relationship management by identifying, analysing and monitoring relationships, ensuring clear communication, understanding mutual needs and commitments and balancing impacts with user needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on governance, processes, and workflows to support effective content solutions.
- Manage the development and ongoing refinement of contemporary content processes, strategies, and guidelines aligned with DTET and other agency objectives, maintaining a focus on user needs.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning activities, ensuring adherence to human resource and financial management policies.
- Promote team, division, and organisational culture by supporting staff engagement strategies and demonstrating commitment to Queensland Public Service and DTET values.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support best practice content experiences and business goals.
- Plan and manage projects effectively, balancing numerous competing priorities.
