**Your new role awaits**

Working within the Small Business team, the Associate provides dedicated support to Bankers and Customers. As the first point of call this team is highly agile with outstanding conversation skills and business knowledge to support our customer and banker teams all over Australia. Working towards a seamless solution the team will deliver outstanding conversations, uncover needs and provide service support to win and deliver for our customers and the Regional & Agri business.

**Day to day you will**:

- Delight our Customers with your passion and interest in their business journey
- Complete entry level credit analysis and credit writing
- Through curious conversation uncover new business and growth referral opportunities
- Be proactive and anticipate escalations to retain and promote our relationships
- Provide sales and administrative support to Bankers and stakeholder teams

In this Group 2 role, you will leverage from your proficient skills in using systems such as Salesforce and Seibel (eBL), ideally gained from within a Contact Centre environment or a BBC. You’ve started to build your career on having a strong understanding of what working life is like within a centre of excellence and thrive on the fast pace, and challenges that come with high volume customer support. Working from a deep understanding of operational excellence principles, you relish the opportunity to build stakeholder relationships via seamless end to end delivery whilst scaffolded by system governance and a commitment to integrity of data.

**Your team**:
The team in Small Business Regional and Agri is part of Business Direct and Small Business (BD&SB) and provides support to bankers and their customers. In Small business our customers are established or new in their journey and we provide growth and support in lending relationships of up to $1m (excluding HL.)

Our Regional and Agri customers are regional businesses including generalist diversified businesses based in large regional towns though to niche businesses located between the outback and the coast. Included in our portfolio are our wonderful Agri customers from all types of farming industries.
