A truly fantastic opportunity as we're recruiting for an experienced **Food and Beverage Team Leader** to oversee our dynamic catering team at one of our most established, stunning corporate site - Queensland Children's Hospital, in the heart of South Brisbane.

**What your day will look like**_: _**
- Lead, advise and support our dynamic catering team to ensure service is upkept at a high standard
- Maintain coffee food and inventory stocks and ensure your space is clean
- Assist with daily operation as well as food service where required
- Responsible for maintenance, and daily step down of machinery and owork stations
- Providing exceptional customer service to all employees on site
- Previous experience in team supervising
- A positive and supportive, hands on leader
- Experience working in a corporate, niche environment
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable working between FOH and BOH
- Food handling skills essential
- RSA certified
