**The Organisation**
Our client is a first-class Australian healthcare provider who pride themselves on being a caring business with an environment that is flexible and provide employees with opportunities for growth and development. Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Payroll Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in a team managing high-volume end-to-end payroll processing.
- Processing superannuation third party payment runs and reconciliations.
- Providing regular and adhoc reporting, including gross wages reporting on a monthly basis.
- Resolving and escalating queries about payroll accounting or administration of payments.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- Prior experience in full functional payroll processing.
- Understanding of awards and EBAs.
- Experience using iChris / Chris21.
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
