**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day to day operations of the dealership’s retail sales department.
- Manage, support, and train the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a diverse and

appealing vehicle range.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure all clients receive professional service.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and suggest business improvements to senior

management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and local regulations.

**Requirements**:
**Work Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Retail Management, or a related field are desirable.

**Skills**:

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organisational and time management abilities to meet targets and manage priorities.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence.
