**About the role**:
Our Home Service Carers provide compassionate and exceptional care, ensuring our customers comfort and independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. You will make a difference through tasks such as domestic cleaning, personal care, cooking, transport social outings, shopping, home maintenance and gardening**.** If you are passionate about what you do and want to support our customers to have great lives, then this is the job for you. We currently have a high number of requests for female home carers to provide personal care for our female customers to ensure their dignity and privacy.

- **Hourly Rate**:$28.72 - $31.90 depending on experience + Super + Casual Loading & Penalites

**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Similar
- Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
- Availability to attend our 3 day on-boarding program
- Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
- Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
