Day to day, you’ll support older people live with dignity by delivery exceptional laundry services in line with their needs. Within your day you will create a sense of belonging in shared stories and work in a space to innovate, excel and be proud of

- Hourly rate: $26.74 + Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you)

**The requirements | What it takes to do this work**

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional laundry service in an Aged Care industry or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
