**As the Regional Liaison Officer, you will**
- Provide technical and project management advice to enable effective program delivery
- Effectively identify issues, manage risks, and provide well-thought-out and timely solutions
- Be the voice of reason and facilitate collaborative resolutions when disagreements arise
- Undertake regular on-the-ground site inspections and program reviews to monitor the quality of deliverables
- Monitor the progress of submissions and assess eligibility and accuracy of costs estimates
- Exhibit great focus on performance, proactiveness, and autonomy

**About you**:

- Has a great passion for servant leadership
- Have a good local and regional understanding of communities and infrastructure
- Willing to travel to key areas around Queensland that need immediate support
- Has a high level of project, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively provide authoritative advice using effective oral and written communication skills
- A degree holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent
