**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Empower individuals to build daily living skills and self-care abilities
- Provide personalised support aligned with each participant’s unique goals and aspirations
- Build trusting, professional relationships with participants, their families, and community members
- Follow and uphold any Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants
- Maintain clear, accurate case notes to support continuity of care
- Advocate effectively for participants’ perspectives, ensuring their voices are heard and valued
- Engage in team meetings, reflective practices, supervision, and debriefing sessions to support growth and continuous improvement

**Key Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications or current enrolment in a related program (e.g., allied health)
- A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Workers Check
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Certificate in Administering and Monitoring Medications in the Workplace or Willing to obtain
- Multilingual skills (not required, but, highly regarded)
- **Open to University Students**: This is an excellent opportunity for students studying education and allied health (e.g., occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy) to deepen their understanding of the field before graduation. **How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
