**Gaming Manager (Part-Time) | An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated proactive Gaming Manager to join the St Albans Hotel** | VIC**

As Gaming Manager you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day to day operation of the gaming room. Driving exceptional customer service in the gaming rooms you will also monitor gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies are adhered to by team members and guests alike.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated ability to implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
- Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
- Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
- Coordinate team development and trainings to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
