**About the role**

Looking for a role where no 2 days are the same?

As an Administrative Assistant manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring that all payments are up to date while also providing staff with assistance in all general enquiries. You will provide feedback and assistance to the operations and regional manager who you will assist in the day to day tasks. This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Arrears/Overdue payment collection and office administration experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with on the phone skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- Passion for hitting KPIs and smashing out monthly targets
